1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MayPixels (maypixels.com and its official domain aliases .nl, .online, .site) or any software application published under the MayPixels umbrella — including MayOnlineTools (mayonlinetools.com) across the Web, Microsoft Store, Amazon Appstore, Google Play Store, and Samsung Galaxy Store — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. License to Use Our Software & Utilities
MayPixels grants you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our web utilities and installable Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) / store applications for both personal and commercial productivity. Any output generated locally by you using our utilities (such as converted files, compressed images, or formatted code) belongs 100% to you.
You may not scrape, clone, redistribute, frame, or sell the proprietary source code, brand assets, or UI design of MayPixels or MayOnlineTools without explicit written permission.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Software)
All websites, tools, calculations, and local AI models provided by MayPixels are supplied "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because all file processing occurs locally on your own hardware and browser environment, you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your original files before processing them and for verifying the accuracy of any tool output.
4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch and European Union law, MayPixels and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising out of your use or inability to use our utilities or websites.
